Why don’t you sell most of your collections online?

At The Showroom, each collection is meticulously curated, with every piece carefully selected for its unique style and quality. Since most of our collections are European, sizing can vary significantly—not only between collections but even within the same collection. This makes it difficult to offer our items online in a way that ensures the best fit for our customers. We prefer to offer a personalized in-store experience to help you find the perfect style and size. While most of our collections are not available for online purchase, we do offer select items such as jewellery, belts and accessories which are often one-of-a-kind, and certain wardrobe staples that can be ordered online. If there’s something you love that’s not available, don’t hesitate to contact us—we can often special order it for you.
I have some great pieces but I seem to still have nothing to wear. My size/lifestyle has changed but I want to get use out of my pieces.

If I see something on the website, does that mean it’s available in-store?

If you see something you love, feel free to reach out to us—there’s a good chance we either have it in-store or can special order it for you if it’s still available from the designer. Are slim-leg pants out of style? What if I don’t feel I look good in wide-leg pants?

Nearly all of our collections are gentle-care, machine washable, as it helps maintain the fabric's integrity and longevity. European designers often favour washable fabrics because they last longer and are more environmentally friendly.Simply refer to the washing instructions on the label for the best care and we can always provide detailed care instructions so you can enjoy your investment for years to come.
I have items in my closet that weren't purchased at The Showroom, but I want to update them. Can you help?
